MIND
Embracing the Uncontrollable

Trying to control everything is a surefire way to hit burnout fast!

Here’s the secret sauce..

You can’t control everything, and that’s okay.

In fact, it’s better than okay.

It’s liberating!

Instead of spinning your wheels trying to manage every tiny detail of your life, why not focus on what you can actually influence?

This isn’t about taking a back seat in your own life.

It’s about driving forward on the paths that you can actually pave.

When you stop sweating the stuff you can’t change, you save a ton of energy.

Use that saved energy to crush it where you can actually make a difference.

This mindset shift isn’t just about peace…

It’s about power.

It’s about working smarter, not harder.

Trust me, letting go a little lets you gain a lot.

Embrace the uncontrollable and watch your effectiveness and your results skyrocket!

BODY
Little Habits, Massive Gains

I’ll be honest: I haven’t been hitting the gym as hard as I usually do this month.

Balancing my Jiu-Jitsu sessions with gym time?

It’s a struggle.

There are not enough hours in the day!

But here’s a win: I’ve stuck to a ‘50 Push-Ups a Day Challenge’ with my Mindset with Muscle Membership crew.

Guess what?

The results are showing!

My upper body strength? Up.

My physique? Sharper.

Think about it: 50 push-ups take just 2-3 minutes, but the compound effect?

Massive!

I’m about 92kg, which means each push-up lifts roughly 46kg.

Daily, that’s 2,300kg hoisted by my arms and chest.

Monthly? 71,300kg.

Keep this up all year, and I’m moving 570,400kg.

That’s like benching an Airbus A380!

“Small things done consistently turn into big things over time.”

So, what about you?

Could you commit to 50 push-ups a day?

Imagine the impact by the end of this year!

Direction
Turbocharge Your Life Every 90 Days

Every three months, I dive into an exercise that isn’t just routine..

It’s a game-changer!

It sharpens my focus and clarifies my direction in life.

I’m throwing down the gauntlet; why not join me this month and do it too?

Question One: Where are you currently?
I kick things off by rating myself in key life areas:

Physical, Mental, Financial, and Social health each out of five.

It’s a raw, honest check-up of the past 90 days

Where am I thriving?

Where am I lagging?

Question Two: Where do you want to be?
Here’s where specificity is king.

I set tangible, measurable goals.

Whether it’s improving my best run time, reducing days of anxiety, increasing social interactions, or boosting business metrics.

I define exactly what success looks like for the next three months.

Question Three: What’s holding you back?
The final step is identifying roadblocks.

What’s stopping me from reaching my physical fitness goals?

Why might my stress-reduction plans falter?

What’s working (and what isn’t) in my business?

This is where strategy meets action.

My Mindset with Muscle group tackles these questions every month, transforming vague hopes into clear, actionable paths.

It’s not just a routine, it’s a revolution for your life!

In this episode of The Body and the Beast we explore the concept of comparisonitis, a common condition that leads to negative self-comparison and envy.

  • Why it is crucial to consider the full picture of others' lives before comparing oneself to them.

  • The impact of comparison and envy on personal development and mindset.

  • The need to challenge limiting beliefs and embrace change for personal growth
